    I want to apply but I cant pay for my ielts fees:( is there any waiver for it?? or any chance

      You might be eligible for an English language requirements waiver at Australian National University undergraduate if you are from a “Group A” countries by them. You can see the list in the ANU English Requirements Page. There are other ways, but unless you fall into one of those waivers, you will need to take IELTS or other English language tests.
