The Melbourne Research Scholarship and Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship, also known as the Graduate Research Scholarship, is offered to students enrolling in master’s or doctoral research degree programs. It provides a stipend and tuition fee offset.

Hello, you can find the application deadline in the University of Melbourne Deadlines Section. I think that this Graduate Research Scholarships is for STEM only. I don’t think this applies to International Business.
