  • The candidate must be at least 18 years old and not older than 30.
  • Completed or at the last year of high school/secondary school upon application.

Like in most European schools, Hungarian medical education also lasts for six years. The six-year program has three pre-clinical years, two clinical years, and one internship/placement year. During the first two years of the program, the instruction will be in English.
