    I am requesting for a fully funded scholarship for my masters in Rice University.

      Hi, for Rice University Master’s, you can get a graduate assistantships, which is fully funded. However, please note that each department has its own funding and is thus different, and most, if not all, funds goes towards Ph.D. students first.
