    Does the scholarship include agriculture field (in plant science)?

      Hello, almost all Penn State Scholarships do not have any subject restrictions, so things like agriculture and plant science will be eligible.

      Hello yes, PhD Research Scholarships are grouped under Graduate Assistantships. Basically, if you do get Ph.D. admissions at Penn State, especially for Stem degrees, you will get full funding

      Got it, for most US universities, including Penn State, the Ph.D. programs are fully funded. Many just state that on their website that all their Ph.D. students are fully funded for 4-5 years. So, the difficult thing is getting in and you don’t have to worry about funding
