    Does Donga Unviersity offer Phd in Mathematics and can PhD students apply for scholarships?

      Yes Dong-a University offers PhD in Mathematics, and yes, PhD students are eligible for scholarships. The most common form of scholarship is Professorship Scholarship which a professor funds students in their research lab.
