Vice-Chancellor’s PhD Scholarship (VCPS) Coverage

This partially funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

Stipend of AUD 46,428 per year
Research support allowance of AUD 5,000 each year
RMIT Research International Tuition Fee Scholarship (RRITFS)
Relocation allowance
Paid sick, maternity and parenting leave
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for visa duration

Vice-Chancellor’s PhD Scholarship (VCPS) Eligibility Criteria

Holding or currently completing Master's by coursework or research
Holding or currently completing Honours degree achieving first-class Honours
Holding or currently completing Bachelor's degree with 80% or above grades

Vice-Chancellor’s PhD Scholarship (VCPS) Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Vice-Chancellor’s PhD Scholarship (VCPS). You’ll have to collect these requirements:

Evidence of contact with potential supervisor
VCPS Expression of Interest Form

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

Apply for admission to the university
Submit the required scholarship application documents including an evidence of contact with a potential supervisor
Accomplish the VCPS Expression of Interest form
