  • Compulsory Insurance Questionnaire
  • Personnel Record Form
  • Questionnaire regarding the loyalty to the institution
  • Questionnaire regarding Scientology
  • Copy of valid residence permit or probationary certificate
  • Bachelor, Diploma, or Master's degrees
  • Document confirming salaried employment
