Scholarships for International Students Coverage
This fully funded scholarship for international students covers the following:
- Tuition waiver, dormitory fee waiver, and NT$6,000 monthly stipend for Full Scholarship
- 100% tuition waiver for Tuition Waiver Scholarship
- 50% tuition waiver for Half-Tuition Waiver Scholarship
Scholarships for International Students Eligibility Criteria
- not receiving other scholarships offered by the university

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Scholarships for International Students. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

There’s no minimum requirements it looks like. Higher the GPA and standardized scores, the better your chances.

I don’t see why not. You probably will need to apply for bachelor’s though since diploma isn’t the equivalent of bachelor’s.
