    Hi Hyun,

I got a provisional letter from NUS for my PhD in Comparative Asian Studies and they also informed me that currently I am kept in the reserve list for the research scholarship as per the email given. I have questions like: Is it possible to get that scholarship? what do they look when selecting the students for scholarship? And when will I be notified for the same (around which month)?

Thanking you in advance. Hope you would reply me!
    Sincerely,
    Juveena

Hello, first of all, congratulations on getting a provisional letter! I have no answers to those questions since I’m not the institutions itself nor have I gotten those scholarships. You should try asking the institution that question and / or find people who’ve gotten those scholarships and ask them of their opinion.
