  • Hold citizenship from a country with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita of US $10,000 or below, as reported by the World Bank
  • Applied for admission and qualified for an international (Overseas Fee) place in a bachelor’s degree program
  • Completed their secondary education outside Australia, or successfully finished a recognized foundation program within Australia
