King-Morgridge Scholars Program Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for King-Morgridge Scholars Program. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • Scholarship application form from the university's WiSH portal

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. After submitting your application for admissions, wait for your UW–Madison campus ID number which will be sent to you via email.
  2. Set up your UW–Madison NetID.
  3. Log in to the university's WiSH portal and fill out the scholarship application for King-Morgridge Scholars Program.

Thailand

Aminta Permpoonwiwat, known as Aimee, is an undergraduate student from Bangkok, Thailand, currently studying Climate Studies and Public Policy at Vanderbilt University in the United States. Deeply passionate about climate justice and educational equity, she has been actively involved in youth advocacy at the national and international levels, including advising the UN Human Rights Council and founding a youth volunteering initiative that has impacted over 1,000 students in Thailand. Her leadership and commitment to social change have earned her several prestigious full-ride scholarships.

She received offers for five full-ride or full-tuition scholarships: the Chancellor’s Scholarship at Vanderbilt University (USA), the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship at the University of Toronto (Canada), the Freeman Asian Scholarship at Wesleyan University (USA), the King Morgridge Scholarship at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (USA), and the Emerging Global Leader Scholarship at American University (USA).

      No, this scholarship is not for Pakistani students. You can find scholarships that are available though through scholarship search engine.
