International Students Incentive Scholarship Program Coverage

This fully funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

  • Half or full tuition waiver
  • Examination Fee waiver
  • Admission Fee Waiver
  • Monthly stipend of 100,000 Yen
  • Travel costs to Japan
  • Travel costs from Japan after program completion

International Students Incentive Scholarship Program Eligibility Criteria

  • Currently residing in the target countries at the time of application
  • WIth a grade of 2.30 or equivalent in their most recent year of study
  • With resident status of "College Student"
  • Willing to participate in international networking activities for the university

International Students Incentive Scholarship Program Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for International Students Incentive Scholarship Program. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • International Students Incentive Scholarship Program Admission Form
  • Certificate of Applicant's Guardian/Financial Sponsor
  • Two recommendation letters from academic advisors/employers
  • Copy of the Application Form
  • Copy of Academic Transcripts

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. Collect the documents mandated by the university

    Do I need to take any entrance exam for admission here? Besides, is there any Japanese language course for the international students?

    As an international student do i need to take any entrence exam for admission? And can i apply in February for 2025 September intake in Meiji University?
