Hi I would like to study for a PhD degree in Health Education In California State University on scholarship. I had a master In Health Education from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria with an over 60% phd grade, so I will like to confirm my eligibility for a scholarship in your institution?

Hello, CSU does give fully funded scholarships for most Ph.D. if you get in. The difficult part is getting in, and that is dependent on your grade, your research experience/publications, recommendation letters and other criteria.

Hi, I would like to study for a Master’s Degree fully funded in health education, in California State University on scholarship. I have a Bachelor Degree in Adult Education with a GPA of 3.6. Is it possible?

It is not impossible, but getting a Master’s fully funded for a non-stem degree like health education is difficult; even for STEM, it is difficult. You should check with the Education Department at CSU Long Beach and see if they have Graduate Assistantships available for health education.
