• Hong Kong Residents
• Academically excellent, holding or expecting a 2.1 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Meeting the academic conditions of their program offer
• Registered with, and have their postgraduate study application attached to, one of the designated local representatives
• Able to demonstrate sufficient funds to cover one year of living expenses, plus any visa and travel expenses.
