      Hello, so UPenn does offer Master’s in Social Work, but I’m not sure if they offer scholarships. You would need to research their department page to see if they offer any.

      Hello, if you are talking about Bachelor’s, you can apply for financial aid, which is for all majors and all nationalities. For Master’s, I don’t think there is any.
