​The Romanian Government Scholarship is a program offered by Romania’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support international students from non-European Union countries in pursuing undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral studies at accredited Romanian universities. Unique to this scholarship, undergraduate and master’s programs are conducted exclusively in Romanian, with a preparatory language year provided for those not proficient in the language.
