3. Willian J. and Jean J. Griswold Scholarship

This scholarship is for the current international undergraduate students at CSU who have completed at least two semesters at the university. The students are required to have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above to be considered for this scholarship. Students doing college-level courses in foreign language or history are preferred for this award. In this program, two $1,000 scholarships are provided to the students every year.


4. OAS Scholarship

Organization of Associated States (OAS) offers Colorado State University scholarships to the international undergraduate students at CSU. The student must be a resident of OSU member states other than the US to be considered eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship is renewable for the next four years.


Colorado State University Scholarships (Graduate)

1. Colorado State University Scholarships

Through its APEC program, Colorado State University provides scholarships to graduate students who are residents of APEC member countries. The selected students are awarded an annual amount of $12,000 to cover half of their tuition fee at CSU. Only full-time students enrolled in one of the on-campus graduate programs of the university are considered eligible for this scholarship. The students need to submit an online application form to be considered for the award.


2. OAS Scholarships

Scholarships are also available for the international graduate students who are residents of one of the Organization of Associated States (OAS) member states other than the United States. These scholarships at Colorado State are provided to students who are in financial need.


3. Graduate Assistantship Program

Colorado State University offers a number of graduate assistantships opportunities to its students. International graduate students from any country in the world are also eligible for this program. In the graduate assistantship program, the university provides a considerable amount of money as a stipend to the graduate assistants in return for their services for the university. This stipend is a form of income and is liable to the income tax deduction.

The graduate assistants are appointed on the basis of their academic performance and involvement in university affairs. The students must be enrolled in one of the on-campus graduate programs of the university and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 to apply for an assistantship. Once appointed, the graduate assistants are required to do a full-time or part-time job. The duties depend on the type of assistantship and usually require 20 to 25 hours per week.

After the appointment, the student will continue to serve as a graduate assistant as long as he performs the duties assigned to him in a satisfactory way along with maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or above. Failing this condition may result in termination of the assistantship.
