The Undergraduate Fellowship program at USTC offers two levels of funding: Level A and Level B. It is a prestigious program that offers full funding for Level A Fellowship recipients. From tuition to accommodation, the expenses are covered by the Level A Undergraduate Fellowship.

Interested applicants must create an account on the USTC Application System and select the fellowship of their choice. They may then apply for either one or both levels of funding. A comprehensive evaluation of the application will determine the level of funding awarded.

USTC Fellowship for Undergraduate Programs Coverage

This fully funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

  • Full tuition fee waiver for Level A and Level B fellowship
  • Medical insurance for Level A fellowship
  • Monthly stipend of RMB 2,500 for Level A fellowship
  • Accommodation costs for Level A Fellowship

USTC Fellowship for Undergraduate Programs Eligibility Criteria

  • Holders of a HSK5 certificate
  • Mentally and physically healthy
  • Holders of a high school diploma
  • Under the age of 30 by the set deadline

USTC Fellowship for Undergraduate Programs Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for USTC Fellowship for Undergraduate Programs. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • Application Form for International Students
  • Copy of passport
  • Copies of high school graduate certificate
  • Academic transcripts
  • Copy of HSK5 certificate
  • Foreigner Physical Examination Form
  • Recommendation Letter from Senior High School
  • Guardian Statement (if applicable)
  • Proof of Immigration (if applicable)
