Tutor System Coverage

This partially funded scholarship for international students covers a compensation of 100,000 yen per year (equivalent to 1,000 yen per hour with a maximum of 100 hours per year).

Tutor System Application Procedure

If you meet the eligibility criteria for Nagasaki University and Tutor System, you can move forward with the application process!

Remember to apply for admission to Nagasaki University first before applying for Tutor System. You can visit the official website found in Nagasaki University Admissions Section to see the admissions application process.

Tutor System Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Tutor System. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

• Recommendation
• Tutor registration application form

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

1. Be recommended or selected as a tutor.
2. Attend a tutor briefing session.
3. Submit tutor registration application forms, along with other required documents.

Tutor System Deadlines

The great news is that there is no specific deadline to apply for Tutor System! While there are no specific dates, it’s important to apply before the Nagasaki University admission deadlines. Here are the deadlines:

• Bachelor's and Master's Deadline: November 20, 2025 (Different Bachelor's and Master's programs have different deadlines)
• PhD Deadline: Exact deadlines vary depending on your chosen department or project.
