Scholarships for Outstanding Self-Financed International Students Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Scholarships for Outstanding Self-Financed International Students. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

• Report cards
• Other proof of academic excellence
• Application form

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

1. Obtain a scholarship application form.
2. Fill it out the form.
3. Submit the form with other requirements to the International Students Office of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange.
