Scholarship for International Students Coverage

This fully funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

  • Medical insurance
  • 100% tuition fee waiver
  • Accommodation on campus
  • Monthly stipend (for full scholars only)

Scholarship for International Students Eligibility Criteria

  • Under 25 (for bachelor's students)
  • Under 35 (for master's students)
  • Under 40 (for doctoral students)
  • Of good health and with no criminal records
  • Having at least 220 score in HSK4 (for students of Chinese-taught programs)
  • Having at least 6.0 in IELTS or 85 in TOEFL (for students of English-taught programs)
  • Have solid academic background and research or innovation experience (for graduate students)

Scholarship for International Students Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Scholarship for International Students. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • Online application form
  • Application fee worth RMB 500
  • Copy of passport
  • Photocopy of Physical Examination Record
  • Photocopy of highest graduation certificate
  • Stamped transcript of the highest diploma
  • Officially stamped non-criminal record
  • Proof of language proficiency (HSK, IELTS, or TOEFL)
  • One-minute self-introduction video (for bachelor's students only)
  • Two recommendation letters from professors (for graduate students only)
  • 800-word study plan (for graduate students only)
  • Published works, essays, acceptance letters, other supporting material (for graduate students only)

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. Fill out an online application form.
  2. Wait for initial review results.
  3. Pay application fee.
  4. Wait for academic review results.
