    i had checked the website and it seems the rise scholarship is “The RISE Program seeks to cultivate top-tier minority scientists, focusing on boosting underrepresented groups’ success in biomedical and behavioral Ph.D. programs at minority-serving institutions.” so does it still include bachelors ? it seems like it is only for phd students.

      Yeah, you are right. Thank you for pointing that out! I have removed Bachelor’s from eligible degree.
