I want to ask you is about language proficiency and this issue is my big problem to learn abroad because here in my country it is a bit difficult to access English proficiency and it is also very challenging to access information about scholarships.

      Hello, for English, there are many free resources online where you can learn English and for taking the test, you can take Duolingo test, which is conducted in English. I think those two things will help you in getting the English Proficiency Requirements. For scholarships, you can access our guides, our scholarship recipient stories, as well as search in our scholarship database. Those places are good place to start learning about scholarships

      Yes, there is $75 application fee to apply for Notre Dame, but fee waivers are available

          Application fee is simply for processing your application, and if you do get a fully funded scholarship, that is after you get accepted

      Hello, if you get accepted to Notre Dame, they offer merit scholarships and need based financial aid up to the full cost of attendance. I don’t think it covers airfare fees, but other than that, it can cover.

      Yes, Notre Dame requires English test scores if the applicant’s primary first language is not English or the secondary education has not been primarily in English. You can find more information on English Test Requirements.
