• Citizens of Malaysia
• Full-fee paying students enrolled full-time in an eligible degree-awarding undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program
• Students who are not benefiting from another University scholarship without prior approval
• Students who are not enrolled in the Medical Radiation Science, Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine, Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Oral Health Therapy, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, and Podiatry bachelor's programs
