** NOT ** benefiting from a government scholarship
** NOT ** be restricted from employment in the university
** NOT ** have exceeded the program's regular duration of study
** NOT ** receiving 1,560,000 JPY as a university RA or private benefit-type scholar
** NOT ** JSPS Research Fellows, WISE RAs, RIKEN JRA students, Advanced Human Resource Development Fellows, Cross the border! Tokyo-Tech Pioneering Doctoral Research students
