ITC Excellence Scholarship Programme Coverage

This partially funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

  • Tuition waiver of €32,370 Euros per year
  • An allowance of €25,000 Euros per year

ITC Excellence Scholarship Programme Eligibility Criteria

  • Residents of a country included in the OECD-approved List of Recipients of Official Development Assistance
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree from an internationally recognized university outside the Netherlands
  • With an academic performance among the top 10% of students
  • With relevant background and experience for the intended field of study
  • Not eligible for other Dutch scholarships
  • With an IELTS score of 6.5 or above

ITC Excellence Scholarship Programme Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for ITC Excellence Scholarship Programme. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • Application form
  • Motivation letter
  • Conditional admission letter

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. Apply for an a master's programme supported by the scholarship
  2. After gaining conditional admission, download the application form on the scholarship page
  3. Apply for the scholarship online through the scholarship portal located on the scholarship page
