International Students Financial Aid Eligibility Criteria

  • An incoming student at Tufts University
  • Willing to apply for Financial aid when applying for admission
  • In a position to complete and submit a CSS Profile at the College Board website

International Students Financial Aid Application Procedure

If you meet the eligibility criteria for Tufts University and International Students Financial Aid, you can move forward with the application process!

Remember to apply for admission to Tufts University first before applying for International Students Financial Aid. You can visit the official website found in Tufts University Admissions Section to see the admissions application process.

International Students Financial Aid Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for International Students Financial Aid. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • CSS profile and supporting documents
  • International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA) form and supporting documents

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. Complete and submit a CSS profile through the College Board website
  2. Submit the supporting documents for the CSS profile through IDOC (Institutional Documentation Service)
  3. You can alternatively complete the International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA) and email the form and its supporting documents to studentservices@tufts.edu if submitting a CSS file will put your family through severe financial hardship.

      Hello, all international students, including Nigerians, are eligible for International Students Financial Aid at Tufts University. You do have to be a fabulous applicant though, since the financial aid is very competitive.
