• Students who are deemed in need of financial assistance by the Financial Aid and Awards Service

If you meet the eligibility criteria for University of Ottawa and International Student Scholarship, you can move forward with the application process!

Remember to apply for admission to University of Ottawa first before applying for International Student Scholarship. You can visit the official website found in University of Ottawa Admissions Section to see the admissions application process.

International Student Scholarship Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for International Student Scholarship. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

• Online application
• Filled out financial questionnaire

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

1. Apply through the Multiple Financial Need Bursaries via the university website
