Graduate Assistantships Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Graduate Assistantships. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

• Application to the college's assistantship position

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

1. Create a job description for the assistantship position and send it to the Graduate College
2. Accomplish the GA BearPAF or paper Personnel Action Form
3. Sign the Graduate Assistant Employment Appointment Form
