hi Hyun, before I apply for the graduate assistant scholarships, do I need to apply for admission to NYU first and got admitted?

Hello, yes, that’s usually how graduate assistantships go. It depends on the graduate school too since graduate schools are decentralized. You might get it the first semester, but usually, these are awarded to current students first

How would I find a supervisor on an institution’s official website?

    • Hyun Lee October 25, 2024 at 12:42 am - Reply

Supervisors are professors and teachers at the University. on the official website look for “Faculty” or “Staff.” There, you can find profiles of faculty members along with their research interests and contact information. Contact those within the scope of your research. Best of luck!
