Dean’s International Award Coverage

This full tuition scholarship for international students covers the following:

  • Full tuition waiver
  • Monthly stipend for as long as academic progress is being made in the PhD program
  • One-time award of $5000 at the beginning of the PhD program
  • $500 per year for 5 years, can be used for professional activities

Dean’s International Award Eligibility Criteria

  • Full-time undergraduate student or master’s degree student of selected universities
  • Eligible for PhD fall admission
  • Applying to an eligible PhD program

Dean’s International Award Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Dean’s International Award. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • Essay on Leadership Through Excellence set in 2017 Washington University in St. Louis Strategic Vision

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. Write a 400 to 600-word essay about the McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis Leadership Through Excellence strategic vision in 2017.
  2. Email the essay to the McKelvey School of Engineering.
