Capilano Excellence Scholarship Coverage

This partially funded scholarship for international students covers $14,000 per year as a tuition fee waiver.

Capilano Excellence Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

  • Having a minimum high school GPA of 3.5 or 80%
  • Able to demonstrate community involvement and leadership skills
  • Registered with at least 12 units at the 100 level programs at the university

Capilano Excellence Scholarship Application Process

A separate scholarship application – in addition to the university admission – is needed for Capilano Excellence Scholarship. You’ll have to collect these requirements:

  • Two Reference Letters
  • 750 to 1500 word Scholarship Essay
  • Leadership Skills and Community and Campus Engagement Worksheet

Once you have those ready, follow these steps to submit your scholarship application and requirements:

  1. Complete your admissions application and wait for an email containing details on how to myCapU account
  2. Fill out the Entrance Awards online application form and provide the additional requirements before the deadline
