My name is Souhaila, and I’m originally from Morocco, now based in Seoul, South Korea. I decided to pursue my second master's degree in International Business at Ewha Womans University Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS). It was a personal challenge to step out of my comfort zone, immerse myself in a new culture, and learn a new language. Having already completed a first master’s in Business Administration and Marketing, I wanted to take my knowledge further and explore business at a global scale, a step toward building a career in an international company.

For the remaining three semesters, I was awarded the A-Level Work-Based Scholarship from Ewha Womans University GSIS. It provided up to 4,000,000 KRW per semester in tuition support. In return, I worked up to 350 hours supporting academic programs, assisting professors, and helping international students across campus.
Educational Background
I hold another master’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the National School of Management (ENCG) in Tangier, Morocco, where I graduated with a GPA of 3.72/4.3. This academic foundation helped me transition smoothly into the global business focus of my program in Korea.
