I’m Samuel Osaretin Buraimoh, from Edo State, Nigeria. I studied at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, where I earned my Bachelor of Technology degree in Food Science and Technology. Additionally, I have a master’s degree in food science from the University of British Columbia, Canada.

I decided to further my education to deepen my expertise in food science, quality, and safety, to contribute to the development of safe, nutritious, and sustainable food systems.
