I am Kayes Reza, currently working in a Greenhouse at Leamington, Ontario, Canada, in an Agricultural Energy and Research position. Energy conservation and sustainability in the greenhouse are the main goals. I completed my MASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor. Back home in Bangladesh, I have 10 years of experience in Gas Turbine and Combined Cycle Power Plant Operation and Maintenance, with 3 years of experience with waste heat recovery systems in the Garments sector. All this energy savings job has motivated me to pursue this degree to learn and explore more in this sector.
