5 Development Policy Scholarship Winners

A policy proposal may promise broad benefits, but its value depends on who can access it, how it is financed, and whether institutions can deliver it. Development Policy scholarships can support students examining decisions in areas such as health, education, poverty, governance, or social protection.

In their applications, winners connect policy questions with evidence from government work, nonprofit programmes, economic analysis, or community research. They also show how to define a realistic problem instead of trying to address development as a whole.
