Hello, New York University offers Ph.D. in French, which you can find in their department page. You should take a look at that page for application procedure and requirements. Also, it looks like every Ph.D admitted for that department gets a fully funded scholarship according to their website: “All students admitted to Ph.D. programs at the Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS) will receive a Henry M. MacCracken Fellowship, for a period of five years. This fellowship includes full tuition remission, waiver of registration and services fees, and health insurance through NYU, as well as a competitive fellowship stipend toward your expenses.”

Hello, you can apply for New York University financial aid as it is for international students. NYU is quite stringy on their financial aid, so I highly recommend that you apply for other private universities and even public universities that offer scholarships based on SAT/ACT. Regarding detailed information, check out our How to Apply to Universities in USA and our Scholarships Database for USA.

    • Hyun Lee October 16, 2023 at 6:22 pm - Reply

Hello yes, New York University does give free tuition for its medical students. You can see our list of free medical schools for reference. However, it is extremely difficult for international students to get into medical schools in the US, near impossible, due to medical schools highly subsidized with taxpayer’s money.

    Thanks

Hello, as you can see on our page, the only New York University scholarships for Master’s students is Graduate Assistantships, and that is quite limited for Master’s students. For Master’s in the US, almost all international students pay the full tuition. Although there are exceptions like assistantships and scholarships, it is quite limited.
