Ray Memorial Freshman Scholarship provides an $8,000 award to incoming freshmen demonstrating exceptional academic achievements.​

For graduate students, UND offers Graduate Assistantships, which may cover up to 100% of tuition fees. These assistantships also include stipends, approximately $16,000 for master’s students and $20,000 for Ph.D. candidates, though amounts may vary by department.​
