The National College of Art and Design (NCAD) in Dublin is Ireland’s leading institution for visual arts education, offering an inspiring environment where creativity and critical thinking thrive. For those pursuing graduate research, the Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship offers financial assistance that includes €22,000 annually, partial tuition up to €5,750, and €3,250 in research-related funding.
