1. Metropolitan University of Tirana Bachelor Scholarships

The Metropolitan University of Tirana (UMT) is a private university in Tirana, and it was established in 2011. UMT primarily focuses on the fields of engineering, architecture, and economics and also offers one of the best scholarships in Albania for international students. It also offers English-taught programs for local and international students. This university aims to give its students quality teaching, various learning opportunities, and support for almost a decade.

The bachelor scholarships are one of the UMT’s financial support for local and international students. It aims to recognize the academic achievements of incoming bachelor’s students in every program by giving tuition fee reduction awards. This scholarship is divided into three types: 50%, 75%, and 100%, depending on your GPA, and you can compute your tuition fee with your scholarship award when you apply online to the university. There are 10 allotted scholarships for every program.

Incoming students can submit their scholarship application forms with their attached record transcripts. Also, graduates of local or international Olympiads and families with limited financial income can apply for scholarships.

2. Epoka University Bachelor / Integrated Study and Master Study Program Scholarship

Located in Tirana, Albania, Epoka University is a private higher education institution. Since 2007 this university has continuously provided quality education to local and international students. Since it offers education to international students, it has staff and educators from other countries.

Incoming international bachelor students can apply for scholarships. The Epoka University offers Albania scholarships to local and foreign students who show good GPAs and test results. These merit-based awards are given per study program, and they can be awarded to ten to fifteen students. The scholarship amount for international students will be based on the SAT results. The higher points in the exam results will give you a higher amount of scholarship.

On the other hand, the scholarship for the Master’s student will depend on your CGPA. Higher grades will give you a higher percentage of scholarships. These scholarships will cover the complete duration of your program. In the case of a program extension, tuition fees won’t be covered.

3. University College Bedër Scholarships

The University College Bedër offers different scholarships to both local and international students. These scholarships in Albania aim to recognize outstanding students and assist them with financial needs. There are three types of scholarships that they offer, and these are all merit-based awards.

The first one is the Excellence Scholarship aiming to acknowledge incoming local and foreign bachelor’s students. They are given to 100 students, and the tuition fee reduction percentage will be based on the student’s GPA. On the other hand, the Social Scholarship is open to students with financial needs, disabilities, etc. They are given a 10 to 40% scholarship.

Lastly, the Talent Scholarship is offered to students who have achievements in various fields such as sports, science, and others.

Founded in 2010, Tirana Business University is a private educational institution that focuses mainly on business-related study programs and offers a lot of learning opportunities to its students in preparation for their respective careers. To support students, it provides financial awards to help them, and it is open to local and international students.

Scholarships are divided into Excellence, Talent, Social, and the Scholarships for National Contests with High School Students. The first type of Albania scholarship, the Excellence Scholarship, is based on previous academic performance. The tuition fee discount will be based on your achieved grades. Higher grades will give you higher discounts. The next one, the talent scholarship, is based on your extracurricular achievements. It can be in the form of your talent or award in arts, sports, and others.
