The Journey
I’m Shehla Inam from Pakistan. I’m a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering. My thesis subject focuses on developing a model system for biomolecules that covalently attach to a microfluidic system. I decided to pursue this field after exploring that a tiny chip can act like a lab where we could do research targeting the diagnosis or treatment of diseases.
