Entrance Scholarships Coverage

This partially funded scholarship for international students covers the following:

  • $10,000 for applicants with a minimum of 90% admission average qualifying for International Student Entrance Scholarships
  • $2,000 Entrance Scholarship and $1,500 International Experience Award or Research Award with a minimum of 95% admission average qualifying for President's Scholarship of Distinction
  • $2,000 Entrance Scholarship with 90% to 94.9% admission average qualifying for President's Scholarship
  • $1,000 Entrance Scholarship with 85% to 89.9% admission average qualifying for Merit Scholarship

There are no specific eligibility criteria for this scholarship. You just need to be an international Bachelor's student or applicant of University of Waterloo.

  • Results of Euclid Mathematics Contest and/or Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest for Mathematics and Computer Science applicants
  • Results of the Accounting and Financial Management Admissions Assignment for Accounting and Financial Management applicants
