The Journey
My name is Adjoa Tsetsewa Annan, and I am from Ghana. I am a Programme Manager with over a decade of experience in education, gender, and social impact programming across Africa and Europe.
I hold a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Bonn (Germany) and a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) in The Hague, Netherlands, which I pursued through competitive international scholarships.
My decision to pursue further education in development studies was driven by a commitment to designing evidence-based, inclusive, and sustainable interventions, particularly in education, gender equality, and community development.
