Though, I have one question in English Proficiency Qualifications; does the secondary leaving certificate enough to proof since you studied in an English speaking subjects and this is the native language?

Hello, regarding English Proficiency Qualifications, take a look at their English Proficiency Qualifications Page. If you have been taught at an English medium, then according to their page, you should be exempt, but that might vary depending on the country you’ve studied from. So, I would ask the University of Vienna department directly for your situation just to be safe.

Hello, University of Vienna’s medical school holds all lectures in German and you need at least B1 in German in order to do clinical rotation. Also, I think that O Levels are not enough qualifications. You probably do need A Levels if the University of Vienna’s medical school does accept international students in the first place.

Most likely; the truth is that most universities do not waive English proficiency requirements for students who are from countries whose language is not only English. So, you most likely need to take English proficiency exams.
