      Hello, Duke University does give fully funded scholarships for most Ph.D. if you get in. The difficult part is getting in, and that is dependent on your grade, your research experience/publications, recommendation letters and other criteria.

      Hi, if you do have a valid high school degree, you can apply for undergraduate at Duke. However, you won’t be able to apply to Master’s program with just a certificate.

      Hello, for US, almost all Ph.D. in Public Health receives full funding. So, you just have to get admitted to the department to get funding. There are also fully funded Ph.D. in Europe; you can search our scholarship database.

      Hello, Duke University offers Karsh International Scholarships where it is fully funded. Also, it matches 100% of the demonstrated financial aid. Both are eligible for computer science.
