      Yes, almost all Ph.D. students at UCLA are funded through combinations of fellowships, research assistantships, and teaching assistantships.

    You mean the Ph.D. fully funded scholarship is offered even for students studying Language and English Literature in Iran?

      Assuming you are referring to the Graduate Assistantships which seems to be the only fully-funded opportunity available on the page, those are for the most part offered after the students’ admission as funding in exchange for work. The programs this is offered to is department dependent, so you might want to check out the relevant department to see if they’re offering Assistantships for your specific program.

      There aren’t any unfortunately, and part of the reason is because UCLA is a public university
