- College that you are attending: Saint Mary’s University
- Program: Commerce. Hoping to Major in Finance and Accounting
- Career Plan (if you have one): In the future, I would like to work in a Finance firm, or I would like to create my own Real Estate Agency.
- Hobbies: I really like reading and traveling, but recently I started learning how to sew with a sewing machine, and I’m really enjoying spending my time doing that.
- One fun fact about yourself: One fun fact about myself is that I love flying, and if I could only choose one means of transport for my whole life, I would choose a plane.
How did you hear about GlobalScholarships.com External Scholarship?
I found GlobalScholarships.com while looking online for scholarships for international students and later found out that my school also suggested it.
How was the application process of the GlobalScholarships.com External Scholarships, and how did you prepare for it?
The application was extremely easy, and it didn’t take a lot to prepare it: I read everything I had to write and include, prepared a rough draft, and then sent it. It was not complicated at all, and everyone who really wants to apply should, because it’s very easy.
Have you received other scholarships from your university or other organizations?
I’ve never received other scholarships, so I was extremely excited when I received the confirmation that I got it.
What do you advise other students, whether it be for this scholarship or for other external scholarships?
I would suggest everyone to just apply to as many as you can. The more scholarships you apply to, the higher the chance of getting one. But most importantly, read carefully what they are asking you because most of the time there are details that are easily forgotten but very important for the application.
