1. Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Hong Kong Polytechnic University is ranked 54th in the QS World University Rankings 2026 and 80th in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026. Its subject strengths include engineering, business, hospitality, tourism, and technology-related fields.

PolyU offers a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Scheme in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. After completing a common first-year curriculum, students are streamed into one of two majors for Years Two to Four, including the Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Data Science and Analytics.

The university also offers a Master of Science in Data Science and Analytics. This mixed-mode program normally takes 1.5 years to complete on a full-time basis or three years on a part-time basis. It combines mathematics, statistics, and computer science to prepare students for data analysis roles in different industries.

2. Chinese University of Hong Kong
