    I am interested in doing my Masters in a Cleveland State University. I have read the history and achievement by the university and I wish to have a certificate from the institution attached to my future academic records. I have OND and BSc in Accounting but without IELTS and am interested in starting my Masters in my field of study.

      Hello, you can apply to Cleveland State University by following the application procedure in the Admissions Section. The English requirements are different by department, so please check if Master’s in accounting needs English proficiency. Most likely, you would need to show some sort of English Proficiency.
